Building Coaching Cultures in Organisations

Many companies aspire to create a sustainable coaching culture. Yet there are remarkably few examples of companies that have succeeded in doing so.

This unique webinar is designed for HR professionals, internal coaches and leaders, who aspire to integrate coaching and mentoring into the fabric of their organisations. Amongst the key topics we will cover are:

  • Why it’s so difficult to create a coaching culture
  • How to bring multiple aspects of a coaching culture together into an integrated strategy
  • How to measure where you are now and the progress you are making

You will leave the session with a clearer understanding of where and how to focus energy and resources and how to ensure value for money.
