Supervision & Intervision
The EMCC has developed a competency framework that allows each member to tailor and enhance their CPD and accreditation to their individual situation and needs. This includes, among other things, self-leadership and personal development.
The EMCC Switzerland conducts four to six intervision events per year, where participants discuss a case from their practice in the sense of collegial consultation. The aim is to get ideas for solving challenging situations with the support of professional colleagues. The intervision takes place in an open and yet protected setting, as the participants commit themselves to absolute silence.
Once a year, a training event on supervision takes place. Participants learn about a model that they can put to the test themselves in small groups. In a final plenary session, there is an exchange about what they have learned and their first experiences.
Participation in intervision and supervision events is open to all EMCC members and is certified. This can be presented for EMCC accreditation.
